VIRGINIA BEACH, VA, February 1, 2017–Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) has been awarded NAVAIR’s AIR 6.6 Logistics Support contract.
The award is a cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price, cost-type indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide integrated logistics product support, program management, and logistics support services in acquisition and sustainment for the life cycle of specified weapons systems, system of systems, its sub-systems, and support equipment.
The value of this contract is $249,875,555 with the companies having an opportunity to compete for individual orders.
These services are in support of the Naval Air Systems Command’s Logistics Integration Department (AIR 6.6) and various program offices. Work will be performed in Patuxent River, Maryland and various awardee’s facility sites.
ASI is proud to continue to team with AIR 6.6 and provide comprehensive Integrated Logistics Support Services to multiple NAVAIR program offices. This award recognizes ASI’s unique blend of experience, continuously evolving analytical capabilities, technical knowledge, platform experience, and a highly experienced management team.
