OptiAm Asset Manager Interface

Asset Status Dashboard

The Asset Status Dashboard provides a configurable “one-stop” location for viewing selected data and analytics. It can provide equipment status, status of various maintenance metrics and work in progress, as well as status of various analysis products. OptiAM’s intuitive dashboard gives decision-makers a clear, real-time view of their entire fleet or facility

Asset Manager

Asset Manager identifies, defines, and documents assets and associated information. You can add assets and define attributes such as serial number, location, warranty, and vendor information. Group assets into physical and functional hierarchies and identify assets via QR code or RFID tags. The interface provides intelligent searches for quick access to a variety of lists and information about your assets.

Hardware Builder

Hardware Builder is used to define physical and or functional hierarchies of assets being managed by OptiAM®. Hardware can be broken down in as much or as little detail as desired. For each node in the hardware breakdown, users can define acceptable manufacture and part numbered components for installation on assets. The system supports building of both physical and functional hardware trees for detailed analysis using other OptiAM® modules.

Live Library

Live Library provides connected and disconnected access to external asset, maintenance, and operating procedures and other documentation at any location. Live Library stores, associates, and classifies technical data associated with individual assets providing an intuitive, searchable interface for easy access. Live Library also allows the user to add notes and comments to documents to facilitate knowledge sharing.

Task Developer

Task Developer facilitates the development of procedures and identification of the resources needed to support your assets. Task Developer identifies resources needed to perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks and groups these tasks into maintenance packages. Task Developer can also generate maintenance manuals, standard operating procedures (SOP) and emergency operating procedures (EOP). Revisions can be tracked and releases controlled. Task Developer also creates automated checklists for use with the OptiAM® GO Mobile application.

OptiAM Work Order Interface

Work Order Manager

Work Order Manager provides a full-featured work order management system to manage, execute, and document maintenance workload. Work order management includes functionality to handle sophisticated but configurable workflows with multiple sign-off levels. It also has the capability to manage controlling and subordinate work orders such as those used to route work to multiple work centers.

Maintenance Optimizer

Maintenance Optimizer schedules maintenance based on individual asset usage and environment to minimize down time or cost. It can also schedule actions such as contract or warranty renewals, onetime bulletins and changes, and set alert triggers to generate automated work orders based on inputs from inspections, predictive maintenance, or equipment monitoring systems. The scheduling functions include the ability to manage maintenance tasks individually or as part of maintenance “packages” with advanced scheduling optimization options to minimize down-time and repetitive work efforts.

Inventory Manager

Inventory Manager enables efficient stock management on an enterprise and location-by-location basis. Working with Hardware Builder and Asset Manager, Inventory Manager supports administration of both serialized assets and non-serialized bulk stocks. The system promotes information availability; users can view combined stock levels at any level in a location hierarchy and define location specific reorder points. Inventory provides tools to manage stock purchase orders, receiving inventory, and adjusting inventory as needed.

OptiAM GO – Mobile Maintenance Solution

OptiAM GO brings the power of OptiAM directly to your maintenance technicians’ mobile devices. This mobile application enhances maintenance accuracy and efficiency by providing direct access to technical data and enabling easy documentation at the point of performance. Compatible with all mobile devices including Apple, Android, and Windows platforms, OptiAM GO works seamlessly offline or online via cellular or Wi-Fi connections.
