John H. Kobelski, service-disabled veteran, President/CEO and co-founder of Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI), testified before a special House committee on July 15, 2010.
A member of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Council (SDVOSBC), Mr. Kobelski testified at the House Committee on Small Business, Sub-Committee on Contracting and Technology hearing on “Improving Contracting Opportunities and Preventing Fraud for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.”
