ASI’s Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team, under Vijay Chachra’s guidance, is a small group of Logistics product data Development Specialists working hard to expand our company’s capabilities and offerings.
Though relatively new to the organization at large, the ILS team has completed contracts for various customers on a varied range of equipment since the division’s inception in 2017. Our customers have included Collins Aerospace, Oshkosh Defense, BRTRC, SERCO and several NAVAIR platforms. The team has an in depth understanding of the SAE Life Cycle Logistics standards (TA-STD-0017, GEIA-STD-0007B, TAHB0007-1) as well as all the COTS software tools in the market.
The ILS team has developed excellent relationships with our customers, resulting in multiple contract awards from those customers. We strive to develop a reputation for dependability, accuracy, efficiency, and overall excellence within the industry.
The work ILS projects are contracted to perform consists of full-depth support analysis, including developing the maintained BOM, Reliability, and FMECA, tasks analysis, support equipment recommendations, and initial provisioning. Source data from engineering, Tech Manuals, or IETMs, and field feedback have been used to extract, transform, and update the LPD. In addition, our efforts include mapping and updating the data elements in the LPD required to produce specific Logistics Support Analysis Reports (LSARs) to aid programs in achieving compliance with contractual obligations to the government.
