Andromeda Systems Incorporated welcomed representatives from Mitsubishi Research Institute and Eva Aviation to our U.S. Headquarters in Jacksonville, Florida for a working session on defense sustainment, reliability, and life-cycle cost.
The visit continues ASI’s ongoing engagement with Japanese industry and research organizations, and reflects a shared interest in how data and analysis translate into real readiness outcomes.
Discussions focused on the questions both sides are working through: how sustainment costs behave over a platform’s life, what reliability data is actually worth collecting, and how analysis gets turned into maintenance decisions that hold up in the field.
ASI walked the group through our approach end to end. It starts with RCM analysis, maintenance planning, and life-cycle cost work, and it doesn’t stop there. Our analysts are out on the equipment doing the condition monitoring, and our engineering teams handle the repair, modification, and structural work that comes out of it.
The group also reviewed a demonstration of OptiAM®, ASI’s asset management platform, with attention to how condition data collected in the field feeds decision-making and measurable life-cycle cost savings.
