Andromeda Systems Incorporated (ASI) has been awarded NAVAIR/NAWCAD’s Reliability and Maintainability Engineering and Technical Support Contract.
The award is a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering and technical support for reliability, maintainability, testability, quality assurance, diagnostic and system safety analyses during the design, development, production and in-service cycles of all Naval aircraft and their systems. This support encompasses carrier based tactical aircraft, shipboard capable vertical/short takeoff and landing aircraft, maritime support aircraft, unmanned aircraft, tactical weapons systems, support systems and equipment and aircraft launch and recovery equipment.
The value of this contract is $62M over 5 years. Work will be performed at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD; NAWC China Lake, CA; Marine Corp Air Station (MCAS) Yuma, AZ, Luke Air Force Base (AFB), AZ, Hill AFB, Utah, Edward AFB, CA, MCAS Beaufort, SC, and Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA.
