A member of the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Council (SDVOSBC), Mr. Kobelski testified at the House Committee on Small Business, Sub-Committee on Contracting and Technology hearing on “Improving Contracting Opportunities and Preventing Fraud for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.”
