Andromeda Systems Incorporated was honored to welcome a distinguished delegation of Japanese industry leaders to our U.S. headquarters. The visit marked an important milestone in strengthening international collaboration in defense, maintenance, and sustainment innovation.

Global Collaboration with Japanese Industry Leaders

The visiting representatives included leaders from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI Ship and MHI Air), the Society of Japanese Aerospace Companies (SJAC), and Eva Aviation.

During the meeting, discussions centered on shared challenges in defense sustainment, reliability, and maintainability (R&M), as well as opportunities for collaboration between ASI and our Japanese partners. The delegation explored ASI’s capabilities, including demonstrations of our OptiAM® software, data-driven sustainment strategies, and the DOD’s Fleet Support Team model.

The group also expressed enthusiasm for ASI’s reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) expertise. As noted by Mr. Shoichi Sugiyama, “Mr. Murase, representing MHI’s SH60 maintenance team, expressed great interest in the RCM service business you are implementing.”

The visit reinforces ASI’s commitment to advancing global sustainment solutions through technology, partnership, and innovation, supporting readiness and reliability across international defense industries.
