The award is presented each year by the Jacksonville Business Journal at a luncheon event. This year’s event was held Thursday, September 6, at the University of North Florida.

Otero made a significant achievement in her career in the past year and has a strong record of innovation in her role at ASI. She is actively involved in her community.
